Eligibility and Your Responsibilities
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and agree to comply with all applicable laws.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate information when requested
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
You may not transfer your access privileges to any third party without our written consent.
Refund Policy
Our Standard Policy
Most of our programs and products are sold with a no-refund policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are foregoing the right to claim a refund of fees paid.
Limited Exceptions
We provide refunds only in the following specific circumstances:
48-Hour Reboot Program:
- 14 days from the date of purchase
- If you added the Coach-Approved Script Rewrite, it is subject to the same refund policy; however, it becomes non-refundable once work is started
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us via email (the address will be provided upon purchase). Include your order information and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed and issued within 10 business days.

You acknowledge that your use of our services is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages that may result from your use of our services, regardless of the legal theory under which such claim might be made.

Legal Provisions
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement must be brought exclusively in the state courts located in St. Johns County, Florida, or the federal courts located in the Middle District of Florida, and you expressly consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waive any objection to venue in those courts.
No Jury Trial
Both you and Marriage Mavericks waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services.
Attorney Fees
If either party brings legal action to enforce these Terms, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees from the other party.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in full effect.
By continuing to use Marriage Mavericks’ services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
